"Very fast shipping. Only issue is that sizing of product can be an issue which results in return process. However, NorwaySports free shipping and returns is great. Good experience. "

"I love the Dale of Norway they offer and they usually have what you want in stock. Love the free shipping and the return free shipping. They are VERY slow giving you credit back when you return an item. "

"I have purchased items from NorwaySports several times and for me they have been very professional. Sending me emails updating me on my purchase and sending receipts as well as bonus coupons for 20% off purchases. Their online shopping is great especially the sizing chart. I was able to purchase a sweater that fit my wife perfectly by using the sizing chart and that's no small feat for me. It made me look great when she tried it on and it fit to a T. The site is easy to navigate and gives you the option to zoom in on objects that you are considering, keeps a history of the items you have looked at and in the case of Dale of Norway products carries an extensive selection of the merchandise. Anyway, I have had nothing but great results from purchasing items from NorwaySports and I plan on continuing when the finances are available. Merry Christmas everyone..."

"Great deal, but the web site is so messed up. eg. drop down menu isn't displaying properly (I'm using IE 7.0), No advanced product search that enables narrowing down the search results. Also there are a lot of products that don't have pictures. I would have purchased them if they are not only titles. I haven't received the products yet or contacted the customer support directly, but I just wanted to comment on the web site, since I think it's really important for online shoppers to get the product information as much as possible before buying."
