" I LOVE this store and have been shopping here for many years since the company was much smaller. Customer service is great, although I've rarely needed to contact them. PROs: 1. Most items have free shipping; 2. If you create an account there are frequent sales/coupons; 3. They've expanded their product selection greatly in just the last year or two; 4. All product labels, ingredients, and other info is available to view (unlike shopping for supplements on other sites, although this can vary by seller); 5. Although some stores in my experience seem to have better prices at first glance, if you order certain supplements frequently, you ultimately save money at NutraExpress because of sales/coupons and free shipping on most (but not all) items. CONS: 1. No option to upgrade to faster or overnight shipping "
