"Ordered 2 items which came next day as promised. Problem was that I was sent the wrong item-not even close. Went to on line help and was told to call a number and they could help me. Bottom line- their error is costing me time as I jump through hoops for someone elses error."

"Like another reviewer, I was nervous to order from someone who had so few reviews. BUT - they had GREAT prices and low shipping costs. They have free shipping if you order enough, but this time I just wanted my one thing and I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg to have it shipped. I couldn't get over how fast their shipping was! I gave them four instead of five stars because I found their website hard to navigate and they never gave me an estimated delivery date/tracking number, but the advantages of this company outweigh those annoyances by far!!"

"It was a non-painful online experience. I certainly enjoy those. OfficeWorld.com had what I wanted for a reasonable price and offered free shipping for over a certain amount. The free shipping was an incentive for me to purchase an additional item which was beneficial to OfficeWorld.com and myself. Thanks for a great experience online. Appreciate it."

"We were concerned because there were only 6 reviews, but they were all positive, so we took the risk. They told us to expect the item on Tuesday, so imagine my surprise when it was delivered on Thursday, half a week BEFORE we expected it."
