"Wow. Almost the same mistake again that I made last December, 2007. Ordered an HP printer because of very low price. Confirmatation etc was received then bam out of nowhere order was cancelled with no explanation (only explanation I can figure was price was too low to deliver). At least I received a refund a couple of uncomfortable waiting weeks later. Today I started to order a shredder and I got a message that I was already a customer. Completely forgot my uncomfortable experience earlier. Did not finalize my order. Hope this helps anyone else out there wanting to order from this business."
