"Speaker shipped out / picked up by FedEx same day of late afternoon order and arrived in excellent new boxed condition. Price was as listed (shipping and handling free). Only delay was FedEX's shipping time, but tracking / delivery was as projected on itinerary."

"I placed this order on May 19, 2009. At that time, I was told that the item would be shipped on or about May 29th. On May 27th, I contacted the vendor to check the status. At that time I was told that the order would be delayed until the middle of June. Since I needed the product before then, I cancelled the order. OneCall.com acknowledge the cancellation and said that I would receive credit on my credit card in 5-7 business days. I have never received the refund. I am also not responsible for the 10% cancellation fee, since OneCall.com could not deliver in time. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! Also if you take a look closely, you will notice that all these positive reviews are fake. I would be surprised if they write 100 positives to cover the truth! "

"TV was delivered to "curb" only (they tell you this before you buy). It is not that big of a problem. Otherwise the service was good and hassle free. PLUS they sent me back $45 due to a price drop even though I called one day after the one week time for price drop refunds."

"Order took over 10 days to arrive. I called to ask where my product was and was told 7-10 days is normal. I asked to speak with supervisor and they refused to put me in contact with one. Told me I would have to pay shipping to return items. Buyers beware do not shop here."

"Onecall has always been a easy to use site. It gives you a wealth of knowledge so you are able to make good decision on items that you want to purchase. The is the only site I would recommend as far as purchasing a/v equipment. They make follow up calls to make sure you are happy with your purchases."

"The only trouble I had was with releasing the delivery signature. There's a box to check saying that signature is not required, but at the end there's another box to check where it says signature is not required; if you check it, it reverts to being required. Confusing. "
