Wonderful service, great prices, and prompt delivery. Upon opening and unwrapping the bathroom-sink faucet I ordered from them, noticed a couple of scratches in the polished brass. Contacted them and they immediately shipped a replacement which arrived the next day in excellent condition. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I bought a faucet which was "in stock, 2-4 days shipping" according to the website and customer care person. I received a confirmation email on my order (2-4 days shipping). When my faucet did not arrive, I left 2 phone messages and 2 emails without response. I finally called and they said it's on backorder for 5 weeks. I now have to find a new faucet in 2 days because the countertop is waiting!

Excellent service. Was cautious based on other online reviews of this company. Sent email on a Sunday afternoon inquiring if item was in stock (based on reviews saying slow deliver) and received a prompt reply that item was in stock. Placed order on Sunday and item received on Wednesday. Received confirmation email shortly after placing order.
