"I attempted to order a Sony LCD Television 3 months ago. All that I received was a headache and a runaround, I eventually canceled the order. On Sept. 28th they have charged me $1200.00 for a Television that I canceled the order on and that I have never received. I have attempted to call them but I have not been able to contact them either on the web or the telephone. They are no better than a pack of thieves and I highly recommend that NOBODY should do any business with these people. I have contacted my credit card company for possible fraud or at the very least gross negligence. "

"I think the good reviews must be written by friends of employees at Payless Plasma. I ordered a 46in Sharp Aquos television 8-13-08. I received one phone call confirmiong the order. Since then it has been impossible to get in touch with anyone at this "company".. Phone calls are routed to various "departments" where no one answers because they are "busy helping other customers". Then you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. My order status, when checking on the website, indicates there is "no information available" on this order. I finally sent an email notifying them (after 6 weeks ) to cancel my order, which I don't beleive exists anyway. I also informed them that I too would be filing a formal compalaint with the FTC. Do NOT but anything from PAYLESS PLASMA."

"I had to call Paylessplasma to receive our shipping number, and after 3 weeks I still have not received our LCD TV, despite the fact that I paid extra for 10 day shipping. I contacted Paylessplasma a number of times by email and phone. They have yet to give me any information about the status of my order. After many failed attempts, I finally reached a human. He put me on hold for over an hour while he talked to his manager and then hung up on me. I bought from Paylessplasma because they have been in business for a long time and have fairly high customer ratings. However, their treatment of me is consistent with an Internet scam. They should either fulfill my order or cancel it. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, our credit card company, and the FBI about Paylessplasma. Given that there are so many good eCommerce sites, I strongly recommend that you avoid Paylessplasma."

"Worst customer service I have ever seen. We placed an order and received confirmation then we were told it was out of stock. We made another call and told the item was in fact in stock and would be shipped within 2 business days. After 2 weeks of no word from them we called and were told that it was damaged in transit and was returned to the store and our order was canceled. They keep advertising the same TV on their website but each time we call we are told a different story - that it's out of stock, they have 6 or 7 available, it's on backorder, etc... They are not helpful and do not care enough to pretend they want to help. On top of all of that their hours are atrocious. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! "

"I purchased a 52 inch Samsung HDTV. After 6 days, I have not received any confirmation emails or any tracking or shipping information on my order that was processed. I added Shipping (7-10 Business Day Freight Curbside with (Priority 24-72 hour processing with 7-10 business day, curbside delivery) that Includes a Tracking #, and Delivery to street curb side, with a Phone Call for a confirmed Delivery Appointment. I also got pulled into a charge of 5% 80$ put on my credit card for Promo HIP for shipping insurance, which is normally covered with the shipping charges. I have been attempting to contact this company in regards to my order for nearly a week, however their voicemail box is always full and unable to leave messages. I am attempting by email as well and have had no response either. I am very concerned about their customer service. I am working with my bank to dispute my purchase with Payless Plasma. "

"I tried to purchase a 52 inch Sharp HD LCD. I received a total of five email confirmations that my order was being processed and two phone calls from a salesman assuring me that everything was moving forward. He could not, however, provide me any written information about the FREE, two-year warranty I was receiving. And, he tried real hard to sell me shipping insurance for an additional $93.00 after they sent me an invoice with the total price. Smelling a rat, I backed away and cancelled my order. I will shop elsewhere."

"Payless Plasma sold use a refurbished Sharp Aquos LCD as new. When the set arrived, there was a defect in the picture. After contacting Sharp to resolve the problem, I was told that based on the serial no., this was a refurbished set. Sharp said that they have no sales relationship with PlasmaPlus and they have no idea where they are getting the models that they are selling. When I told PlasmaPlus the problem, they claimed that they have no idea how it happened and that they had never hear of such a thing. PaylessPlasma told us to resolve the issue with the extended warranty company, refusing to resolve the situation themselves. It has turned out that we are going to end up with an $800 check for a set that we purchased for $909 in March, we are out the $160 for the extended warranty and about $140 in shipping charges. If their price looks great, don't believe it. Pay a little more and buy someplace reputable. Stay away from this fly by night outfit from Brooklyn."

"This company is fraudulent. I ordered a 32" Sharp LCD TV that was advertised on their web site as brand new, in stock, would ship between 24 to 48 hours. After about 2 weeks they sent me a link to a UPS tracking page that said data had been provided about a future shipping, then they said it had been shipped, then they said that UPS was "rerouting it through Federal Express," and on and on. All lies!!! The TV that I finally received 6 weeks later was obviously used and refurbished. They finally picked up their refurbished unit and I still have no idea how this is going to end. I just want no more to do with them. Don't fall for their scam!!!"

"After your order, he will ask for more money such as TV stand and shipment insurnace try to let you pay more. More worst, they shipped me the refurbished one instead of the brand new one show in their web page, that warranty is totally differenence, when I called them , so far still not response the problem. Please be aware to use this company, you will be in trouble some day. "

"I recently ordered a new television from this company. The television I ordered broke two weeks after I got it. I was very upset until I realized that I have the extended warranty. They got my damaged television repaired and I couldn¿t thank them enough."

"This company is the best I have ever used. When I called to see why my new Sony was delivered to my house two days late they explained there were some problems with the shipment. The person I spoke to then told me they would send out a high definition cable for the trouble. And I very much appreciate the efforts they made to keep me happy."

"I am very pleased with the amazing services this company gave me. The new Sony I ordered from the arrived right on time, but unfortunately it was damaged. I called them up thinking that I would have to keep it damaged or pay for a new one I then learned that there was no need for that. They told me they will take the damaged one back and have a brand new one shipped out to me right away at no extra cost. This is the best company I have ever used."

"My friend told me this site was good but I didn¿t know that they were this good. I got my new t.v. in just one week and when I called to verify my order it went great. I felt very happy and respected after I got off the phone with there amazing reps. Everyone should shop here."
