"This merchant was a nightmare. I ordered an advertised WindowsXP tablet laptop. I received a model that supposedly had Vista removed and WindowsXP added because the advertised item was "out of stock". The tablet function was inoperable. The merchant agreed to repair the laptop but when it was returned, what I received was a refurbished, scratched unit, not the one I sent back to them. I had to get my credit card company involved to get them to take the unit back. The merchant kept approximately $600 in restocking/shipping fees. I would not recommend buying from this disreputable merchant."

"The best online experience ever. I ordered a wrong printer and they were nice enough to exchange it for me without any restocking fee. They were nice, courteous and knowledgable. I will continue purchasing from them again. "

"This is absolutely the worst online store I have ever dealt with. The customer service is the poorest I have seen. I purchased Corsair DDR3 memory from them and could not get any kind of confirmation out of them as to whether or not they were even going to send it. Their "One Day Shipping" is a total joke, you will be real lucky to see you order in a week. When I finally did receive it, it was packaged only in a shipping envelope and the original packaging was open and the memory was just laying around in this envelope, and the memory was found to be DOA. Afer receiving the RMA and immediately returning the product, at my expense, there has yet to be any confirmation from this company stating that they received it, even though the tracking number stated that they have. I have made multiple phone calls and sent an email requesting a resolution to this issue. I was told it would take 8 to 10 days to resolve this and give me credit for my account. That was 29 days ago and still no resolution. Their website still has my RMA status in "Waiting to recieve the package" to this day and the only notification I have received is as follows: "Dear Customer, Our apologies for the all the inconvenience this has caused you, we are pursuing warehouse aggressively for the credit memo as this has been long overdue and UPS tracking shows package was returned back to them on April 1st. Pls. be advised that we are working on this and would have this issue expedited. Again, pls. accept our apologies. Thank you" They are not working on anything. In the mean time I am out $650. I will not be making any more purchases from this company and their customer service is a joke. Buy from them at your own risk. "

Response from PCSuperDeals: "It's very unfortunate that this customer's feedback is unfair and one sided. Customer's original order was for 4-7 day shipping and not for "One Day Shipping" as the customer claims. This product was a direct ship from the manufacturer. The manufacturer tested the memory at their location after receiving it back from customer and found out that there is nothing wrong with the memory. Yet, we credited the customer in full without any deductions and restocking fee. Any other online store would have shipped the tested memory back to the customer or asked for a restocking fee to cover the trouble of shipping it back and forth and having the manufacturer re testing a perfectly fine memory."   Date: Aug 1, 2008

"i have made lots of purchases online but it is very seldom that i encounter a company who has customer service representatives as accomodating and friendly as PC Superdeals. They give such great assistance and that deserves a commendation.."

"Ordered a "NEW" Ricoh IS760 scanner. The box it came in was mangled, which made me think the shipping company was a fault. After taking a closer look, the box had defiantly been reused several other times. When I opened the box, I got a bigger surprise. One of the corners did not have packing at all. The packing that was in the box was defiantly not original and was poorly done. "

"The people skills in the phone services is just the worst Ive ever seen you never can get a person they dont call you back they run you in a circle also notice the replys to every review is like a year to 3 years after I really think they made up about every reply."

"I will never order from this merchant again, and would recommend that no one else order from them either. I called this company to verify that the product in question was in stock and would be able to ship that day, overnight delivery, for delivery the next day. They assured me in every way that we would indeed have the product the next day, and not only did that not happen, they refused to refund any portion of the payment I made for the trouble that the delayed shipment caused."

Response from PCSuperDeals: "Customer ordered it late in the day. Way after he called and confirmed it was in stock. We did call customer and informed him that because its past the cut off time, it might not ship. Customer asked us to do our best. It shipped the next day and went for next business day. "WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I'll try to make a long story short. My wife bought a GPS unit from PCSuperdeals on Nov. 14. A few weeks went by and my wife found out that the item was back ordered and would not arrive in time for Christmas. At this point she cancelled the order. On approximately December 19, my wife discovered that PCSuperdeals decided to do her a "FAVOR" and ship the Cancelled order anyway. The product arrived at her work place where a co-worker unaware of the situation signed for the item. After complaining to PCSuperdeals we received a message that stated that "We thought you wanted the item and felt we were doing you a favor by shipping it anyway." PCSuperdeals feels they are entitled to a 20% restock fee because someone signed for this item that was inexcusably shipped eventhough it had been cancelled well before it ever left a warehouse. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was rather surprised to find a response from PCSuperdeals that claims my wife an I are dishonest people, tried to file a false damage report with FEDEX and that I tried to Black Mail the company over the phone. They go on and state that they have all of this from recorded messages. Surprisingly, I have never, once talked to anyone from this company over the phone (I'm interested to hear what I sound like). We are simply trying to return a "CANCELLED", un-opened item without having to pay a restock fee. If this company spent as much time trying to destroy the honesty and integrity of customers that dare write a bad complaint on this website, than they might enjoy a much higher customer service rating. I look forward to your response below my complaint. You have already called me dishonest and a black mailer, so it will be interesting to see what else you can come up with. "

"Been waiting for over a week to get tracking information for this order. When I called, I got to speak with 2 employees who couldn't have cared less. They blamed manufacturer for delay (I didn't expect them to admit PCsuperdeals was at fault) Wouldn't give a projected delivery date or even a shipping date. No apology for the fact that item won't arrive in time for Christmas, either. Admitted that company hadn't advised customers of delay. Claimed they didn't answer the emails I sent asking for information about the order, because "we get a lot of emails" (so don't waste your time writing to them, lots of other people are wondering where their orders are, too ) I wish I'd paid attention to the legions of dissatisfied customers complaining about PCsuperdeal's slow shipping and lousy customer service. PCsuperdeals is the kind of company that gives other internet retailers a bad name. It's easy to advertise a low price when you don't deliver the merchandise"

"Had very bad experience. Placed an order for printers listed as in stock, & did ground shipping. Called the day they were supposed to arrive. Was told they were out of stock by one, another said that my order hadn't been processed yet. Found out call center is in Philippines, was no help. Tried for two days to reach someone in their LA office, left many messages. Finally spoke with Justin x8049. He looked up my order in the system and promised that it would ship that day and he would overnight it. Found out that my order shipped 2 days later, and via ground. Buyers beware of this company!"

Response from PCSuperDeals: "The billing address for this customer did not match with his credit card company and on top of that the shipping address was different. The customer did not cooperate with providing us necessary info for security purposes. The product shipped 2 days later via ground per customer's over. "I was careful in selecting an online shop and I chose PCSuperDeals for their care in replying customers reviews at this web site. I ordered a Thinkpad X60s in Sep04 (holiday) with 1 business day delivery, was contacted Sep05 and received it today, Sep06. I'm very happy with the product, the delivery time, and the representative contact. I just can't give excellent because they promised me a tracking number for my shipment, which I never got, and the lack of information about a purchase that should be available at their web site. "

"BUYER BEWARE..... I ordered from this Mercahnt over 10 day's ago and still I haven't received my order. I call them every other day and they don't return my calls and if I do speak with someone, they have no Idea where my order is. I would not buy from them again. "

"i ordered a priority ship check point firewall appliance that when recieved was defective. When I requested a replacement they stated that they were backordered. I requested a refund since they couldn't ship a replacement and they have a restocking fee of 20% that they refused to waive. BUYER BEWARE IT's been a week since they've received the returned product and I still don't have the refund or a replacement product. "
