"I tried to call them to order a 40" LCD TV (a major purchase for my family) and the gentleman that answered the phone when I mentioned the item number just said "you have to order it online" and then hung up. Iguess the website was okay for ordering it but how good a review can you write when all you did was click on something and type in your card number. I guess the real test will be how fast they ship and how well it is handled by the shipping company. I hope I will be able to update this review as the future unfolds. "

"For placing the order PCVideo has a very efficient system. The only problem that I have so far is that one of the items ordered was not deliver. The brackets even then it was in the packing slip and it was suppose to come in the same box with the TV was not deliver. Yesterday I made a call to an 800 hundred number and I was told that That in 3 days I would receive notice. I think that is such a long ti me to investigate and this type of problem."

I placed my order (despite the numerous negative reviews) and was told to call them, probably to confirm my order, etc. When I called, I was told the camera was out of stock, thus I decided to cancel the order, which was quick and simple."

"Just about what I expected. Salesman (Tom) kept pushing to sell more accessories to include a leather case. When the camera was delivered, no leather case was furnished. After repeated calls I was sent another case exactly like the first one. Although I was promised that everything was "in stock" I waited almost 4 weeks for AC/DC battery charger and finally canceled for a refund (which I haven't seen yet). Everything else was pretty much as agreed."

"I love the camera that I purchased (Olymous C-4000), but the service could have been much better. I had to call back 4 times to find out when and if my item had shipped. They kept giving me different times to call. After ordering and it taking over a week to ship, the price had gone down. They did refund me the extra that I had paid. i did not have problems with the shipping price. I paid exactly what the shopping cart had quoted. I didn't have to pay extra for insurance and they did not try to sell me a bunch of other junk. Even the free case was better than expected. Overall, not a bad transaction, but not great."
