"Love the prices, but I had a mysterious additional amt added to my order and my promo code wasn't removing the correct amt. Contacted CSR, who was quick with a reply, helped with the promo code issue, and the mysterious amount went away when I cleared out my cart, refreshed my page and tried again. Still, weird, but it did finally work!"
