"I purchased the product on a Sat and did not have a tracking number by Mon so I called to check the order status. No big deal, it was just Monday, and I was just anxious. Not very friendly service. I felt as if I was bothering someone. I did however receive my order within just a couple of days, and I am very pleased with the product."

"I did not even want to chose a star at all. The service could not be worse. The liner I purchased let go at the seem upon fill and neither this company or the company that made the liner will even return a communication. This has been going on for a month. Very poor!! Buyer beware. There are other and better choices of suppliers.!!!"

"I ordered 2 items on the 4th of June, my credit card was charged on the 5th, I contacted them on the 11th to see where my package was and they said that it would be here on the 15th because it was not processed until the 10th which was a lie, because my credit card would not have been charged on the 5th , then they hung up on me. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered."

"Do not order anything from this place. I placed an order over the phone on Wed. On Thurs I called to get a tracking number and they gave me one. I put into UPS and didn't work. I called the next day and they gave me the same tracking number which I tried all weekend and it did not work. I then called on Tues of the next week and asked about my shipment. I was told that the tracking number I had was wrong so they gave me a new one. I immediately tested and did not work. I asked the poolcenter employee why this number didn't work and they said they didn't know. I asked if my package had actually been shipped and he claimed it shipped Saturday which I knew was bogus. I asked if he was sure it "SHIPPED" saturday and he said yes I should receive it tomorrow (Wednesday). No package came Wednesday so I called back and spoke with an employee who could not explain why I was told these things and all he said "was how can I help you today." Why lie just say it hasn't shipped. Bad Business! Also their website only works half the time. I tried to order from it originally and it failed so I had to call. Everyone I talked to on the phone was rude and acted as if my business was unimportant. Yes they have good prices but they are lazy and rude as far as a business goes. This is the first time I have ever been this frustrated over ordering something from an online store, which I do fairly regularly. Wish it wouldn't have been like this. Find another online pool store there are many and one will have to be better!"

"BEWARE.... Unless you wish to purchase second rate pool filters disguised as original Hayward replacement filters as depicted in the Poolcenter website. I assumed I was purchasing original manufacturer replacement filters at a very good price. Instead I received cheap replicas. No where on the Poolcenter webpage did I see 3rd party manufacturer as I would never have purchased them. All I saw was Hayward Star-Clear Plus Cartridge Element (C900 Series) so I assumed I was ordering the real thing. Poolcenter¿s competitors are very careful disclosing whether the filters were OEM or not. Too bad for me. "

"Bought a pool alarm first, that had difficulty working with my waterfall. They were helpful with troubleshooting - I then had to order !7 door alarms from the poolcenter - arrived in 2 days - now i am back for 2 more! These safety laws are draining my pocket! I had phoned first to check stock, and i was helped immediately. A good experience so far with poolcenter - even though I wish I didnt have to buy 10 alarms for 1 pool!"

"This company is pitiful. It wook us almost 2 months to get a refund. No one returns phone calls, and they do not stand by what they tell you. We were offered 2 products at no charge since we had such a hassle. They did not stand up to their word. Ended up returning both products. Will never use them again. Not worth the hassle."

"TERRIBLE service. Still waiting for a refund and it's been over a month. Can't get anyone to call me back. Do not buy from this company."

"Cannot get a hold of a person. Canceled my order and still waiting for a refund."

"I had ordered a part with a 1.5" port and was sent a 2" port. I have been calling and e-mailing and have yet to contact "The Person" to allow me to return this item and get the part I need. NOT GOOD FOR BUSINESS"

"Website says item is available, e-mail said item available and order being processed. Next day: order cancelled! Item not in stock!!"

We would literally find out the same day or next, which was very frustrating for us as well. It was a true inconvenience for all. Once we do find out though, we updated our website. "Great prices! FAST shipment! And excellent customer service. I will definitely be purchasing from Poolcenter again! My items arrived about 36 hours after I ordered and everything was perfect!"
