"Buyer Beware! Purchased a Hayward Sand Filter from them, the Lateral assembly was missing.Contacted them to ask to please send me the missing parts. First they claimed they are not able to contact the merchant and that they will e-mail me with an update.Never heard from them. Every time I call to find out about my missing parts, they lie to me. Every time they tell me it was shipped out overnight the day before. However, they were never able to provide me with a tracking number. Of course every time I call I am on hold for at least 30 Min. Just talked to them again and got lied to once again. My items have still not shipped. ( I checked my order on "my order status page".)I am sorry I ever placed an order with them!Worst Company I ever dealt with! I am still waiting for my parts......"

"Poolcenter does not accept returns, despite what their return policy says. I ordered a part on Thursday and paid for OVERNIGHT shipping. Friday I called to check the status. After sitting on hold for over an hour and a half, I found out that it had not even shipped yet. On top of that, I was told that overnight shipping meant it would arrive on Monday afternoon. I PAID for overnight shipping, but it was taking 4 days to get it delivered. Meanwhile, my pool is not filtering without the part. When it arrived, the box looked like it was stabbed by a forklift blade. The part was broken and according to the return policy, I had to contact them before returning the item. Well, I've contacted them 3 times and they have not responded. I paid for a part and overnight shipping from Poolcenter. I got a broken part 4 days later and no response from the company when I requested to return it. DON'T SHOP AT POOLCENTER.COM."

"Ordered several pump parts on Wednesday morning July 15th. on Friday July 17th my order status had not changed. Spent over an hour on the phone on hold and finally gave my number for a call back. NO RESPONSE. On Monday July 20th finally got through on the phone. I was told that my my order "got hung up" whatever that means. Was told that they would "try" to expedite my order and I would "probably" receive it by the end of the week. I asked them if they could upgrade my shipping method to next day delivery. They said they would see what they can do. "

"I have ordered from this company two times. The first time: I selected overnight shipping and i paid for it. It arrived two days later. The second order i selected overnight shipping.. that was a week ago. I still have not recieved my order and they wont credit me back. I will not order from them again. "

"Ordered five items. Only two were actually in stock. I needed them for a gift in two weeks. Forst they sent an email telling me the major float was not in stock. WOuld be 45 days to receive. So I called them and cancelled that part of the order, but indicated I needed the rest of the order to ship ASAP for a gift. After a week nothing arrived. I received a second email indicating two other items were not in stock so they were waiting to ship the fifth item. I was angry! I cancelled everything but the two swim rings which were in stock as long as they arrived in two days. Which they did. But one of them was defective and I am still trying to reach them for a replacement! Terribly long wait for customer service after the order. Poor service. Misrepresentation of items in stock. Customer service didn't listen when I talked. I will never order anything from this place again! They must resell defective stuff from the manufacturer because nothing holds air!! Buyer Beware!!!"

"Have ordered pump and filter parts from them on two different occations. In both cases, their phone assistance, handling, and shipping resulted in a working product exceeding my expectations. I would shop there again."

"This is my first time ordering from poolcenter.com Wow..... great customer service. Charisse Costley walked me through every step of the way and had a wonderful attitude. One of the items on my order was on backorder and she was very helpful in assisting me find another product that would work for me, that is definitley a outstanding way to keep a customer happy and coming back!!!! "

"I like poolcenter.com because they carry so much stuff, especially hard to find pool plumbing parts, like 1 1/2 inch flexible pvc pipe. And for the most part, they've been fast and efficient at shipping my orders. They did once ship the wrong part, but they fixed problem quickly, and in my opinion when "beyond the call of duty" to make things right. They had shipped the wrong part because there was some confusion about which part was the one that I wanted. So a customer service lady took pictures of the candidate parts alongside a ruler, and emailed them to me, so I could figure out which was the part I needed! "
