"I am extremely surprised reading the few negative reviews of this store. I ordered my product at 5pm on a Monday with ground shipping, expecting to see it sometime the next week.
The next morning I had two emails with shipping updates. First that it had shipped within 30 minutes of my order(after 5pm) and next that it would be at my house that day!
Above that, they provided the lowest cost anywhere on the internet for my product. This was an excellent experience."

"What a scam. I placed an order for a product on 06-17. Two days later I rcvd an email stating that the item was now backordered and would ship from the manufacturer in 5-8 days. On 06-24, I called to check status and was told that the estimated ship date from manf was 07-30! Hmmm. No notification, no explanation, no apology. I will not do business here again."

"All emails received pertaining to orders have a bold font, clearly telling you what it is Order confirmation,shipping notification,etc.
This is important, as all are saved to the vendor. PROVANTAGE sells great products, at great prices... and in stock. If you put all of the above together you are #1.

"I placed an order on 6/8/09. On 6/11/09 I received an email stating that my order was in progress. Having heard nothing else, on 6/22/09, I called customer service to find out what was going on. The representative I spoke with simply said that my order was scheduled to ship on 6/30/09. He gave me no other information, and did not even apologize that the order was taking so long. After deliberating for a few minutes, I decided to call back and cancel my order. I simply can't support a company that does business this way. Even when I called to cancel, the representative was nonchalant and did not even give information about how the credit card authorization would drop off until I asked. Absolutely horrible service; I will never shop there again."
