"I always check with Provantage before I make a purchase. They will have the best price most of the time and there shipping is on time. I have never had a problem with any of my orders."

"The most reliable Computer Components and Peripheral supplier. Depend upon Provantage to provide you with the best components you can select from their vast database of components. If Provantage does not have it they will get obtain it from the manufacturer."

"Provantage has always been an excellent merchant. While they may not always have an item in stock, they generally can order it. Their prices are almost always competitive and their service is excellent."

"All of the numerous purchases over the years at Provantage have been most satisfying. They frequently have the lowest prices including S/H by a notable margin and fulfill orders quickly. Website is easy to navigate and items are as described. They have always been among a handful of top etailers in my opinion. "

"I ordered a Wacom tablet on 9/19/09 for a birthday on 10/7. The item was listed as "in stock" so I expected to receive it well before the birthday. On 9/22 I received an email saying the item was shipping from the regional warehouse on 10/12/09, I was disappointed that the gift wouldn't arrive in time but figured if I cancelled and reordered somewhere else it would probably be even later. On 10/14/09, I called customer service to make sure the gift had actually shipped on 10/12 and was informed that the item was discontinued, no one bothered to inform me. So now I have to go find the gift, it's already late and I'm very very angry. Do not order from them if you need to receive the item, do not trust the delivery date, do not trust the "in stock" labels on their website."
