I got this unit for Christmas 2004. I traded up from a Window CE contraption. I love it. The Tungsten W has a long battery life (I used it during the course of 4 days and the battery only burned down about 25 to 30 %.) I also love the fact that it has a keyboard built in. The keyboard is a lot easier to use than Graffiti or Jot. The color screen is very clear and viewable outside. I have not tried the phone/wireless but I don't expect any real problems. The only problem I have had is that I had to restore it 3 to 4 times. It is probably some software that I have installed on it. I wish it had larger memory built in.
