" I bought 6 shirts from paul fredrick. After about six professional laundering, they each shrank 1/2 inch in the collar. Paul Fredrick cheerfully replaced all of them with a half size larger - no charge for even the shipping. Works for me. "

" I have been a Paul Fredrick customer about 6 months. The merchandise I've purchased is as advertised and I'm very satisfied with the service. I will continue to shop this merchant. "

" I have been buying Paul Fredrick dress shirts for close to 3 years and currently own and wear 8 or 9 different shirts. I have button cuff, french cuff, sport shirts, various colors, etc. These are great shirts for the money and I would recommend them to anyone. "

" I ordered a custom made shirt from Paul Frederick. It took forever to have it shipped. They say 6-8 weeks but it took about 12 weeks. Now I am afraid to wash it after reading the reviews "

" Paul Frederick shirts shrink severly "

" I purchased 6 shirts which initially fit well. After being professionally laundered (med. starch) perhaps 6 times they had shrunk so much in the collar and sleeve length, I could no longer wear them. When I complained to their customer service department I was told to "wash them by hand to get the starch out and hang a wieght on the collar to stretch it out." I'm a busy professional, I don't wash, stretch and iron my own shirts. They never offered to replace them and their marketing contains no 'order bigger because they shrink' warning. Buyer beware. "
