Just an addendum to my last post.... I have the Pro-FHD1 50" plasma and noticed horrible jagged lines and a lot of "noise" during the football HD telecasts. I had the "PureCinema" setting on "advanced" and I heard that that setting is only good for 72Hz (film based HD dvd).... I set the "Pure Cinema" setting on "off" and the picture has a lot less noise and jaggies. I also set the "sharpness" level to -10 and it helps soften edges.
