Pros: I don't know what other people are talking about but I have 3 PL 1900s, two on my desktop and one above on a mount I use to monitor 3 other machines and have been using them for all for almost 3 years without a single issue.

Pros: No dead pixels.

Other Thoughts: I've had about 20 LCD monitors, and now have 7...

"...Bright - I have the brightness at 50% and everybody still comments on how bright the display is. Good viewing angles, both horizontal and vertical.
You can't beat Planar's warranty and dead pixel policy.
