"My card was charged the day of my order. Several days later I received an email saying they no longer had the item in stock and I would receive a refund. Nearly three weeks, two phone calls and several emails later, and after reassuring me that the money would be refunded, I have not received the refund. In comparison, a similar thing happened with another vendor, but I received the refund the same day. I have never had this type experience with any on line seller. Thoroughly dissatisfying experience."

"I am extremely disappointed with the entire shopping experience I had with Planetrx.com. I placed an order on 2/10/2009 and my credit card was charged on 2/11/09. It seemed a little odd that my card was charged so quickly since I have never had an online company charge me until the order was processed and shipped. Also, no order confirmation was sent by Planetrx. Several days went by and the order status continued to show as ¿warehouse processing order¿ so I sent an email to customer service to see if there was a problem. I was told the warehouse was backed up on orders but they are shipping as quickly as possible. As of 2/19, the three products I ordered still had not been shipped even though each item showed it ships within 24 hours. I canceled my order on the 19th because I no longer wanted to wait on it. While Kevin was canceling my order, he told me all three items were on back order! Why didn¿t Planetrx notify me of this when I placed my order or when I first contacted them? And, do you think I got the refund processed as quickly as my card was charged? Not even close! I contacted customer service again on 2/25 and was told they were still waiting for the warehouse to let them know the items were not shipped and a refund could be issued. That¿s rediculus. Apparently, the lack of communication between Planetrx and its customers is also lacking between customer service and the warehouse. Or, Planetrx just doesn¿t care about processing timely refunds. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back! Planetrx.com does not follow professional business standards, nor does it make any attempt to reach out to its customers. I am a frequent online shopper and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. Save yourself the frustration and do not order from this company. "
