"THE DESCRIPTION OF THE PRODUCT WAS TOO BRIEF. I HAD A QUESTION ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND TRIED YOUR 800# FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES, BUT IT WAS ALWAYS BUSY. I DID NOT NOTICE AN EMAIL ADDRESS TO BE USED BY CUSTOMERS WITH QUESTIONS. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT, BUT FELT THAT I NEEDED MORE INFORMATION. I MAY NEED TO RETURN IT. SHIPPING CHARGE SEEMED AWFULLY HIGH, CONSIDERING WHAT I WAS ORDERING. SUGGESTIONS: MORE COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS, CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE # THAT WILL ACTUALLY BE ANSWERED, EMAIL ADDRESS FOR CUSTOMERS WITH QUESTIONS. OFFER MORE ECONOMIAL SHIPPING OPTION."
