"The GOOD: plumbinggoods.com had the part I needed at a reasonable price; it's a difficult part to find. The BAD: My credit card was charged immediately, instead of when the item was actually shipped. In my experience this is generally an unacceptable practice. The UGLY: The item was on back-order but I only learned of this after sending an e-mail (unanswered), leaving a voice message (call not returned), and finally reaching a human after several repeated call attempts. She did inform me the item was on backorder and said she'd call me back with an estimated date (never did). I did finally receive the item 38 days after I ordered it. I received it a week ago; today the website still shows it hasn't shipped. SUMMARY: Glad to finally have the part I ordered. Wish plumbinggoods.com would provide information about whether or not a part is in stock BEFORE allowing the order to be submitted. Really wish they'd be proactive in their communication throughout the delivery process. Yuck."

"The location was very easily navigated. I had it simple in that I knew exactly what I was looking for. The prices were the best I could find and the dollar volume of my purchase exceeded the minimum for free shipping. This was desirable because of the heft of bathroom faucet sets. One problem was just after the purchase was made 3 pesky pop-ups dominated my browser window before I could print out the receipt. Another was determining just where PlumbingGoods.com is located (City/State). This allows me to determine if there will be any tax charged before actual purchase (there turned out to be none) and how long actual delivery will take (still don't know - so I'm assuming the worst case about 2 weeks)."

"Very nice site and easy to contact. The pricing was the lowest on the web and well below any of the show rooms or dealers in my area. My savings ranged from $56.00 to over $200.00 on a single faucet! Thank you very much for the great service. I highly recommend your company to anyone and will buy from you in the near future!"

"My order was placed on backorder and I was never informed. I sent an email asking about status and was never answered. I called and they couldn't give me a firm ship date. Worst service I've seen since dealing with Sears. And its been 20 years since I ordered from them. It will be 20 more before I order from plumbinggoods. Order canceled and I found the products cheaper locally. And on hand."
