About Seller Marc’s Mobility is a great alternative to purchasing a new power wheelchair or a mobility scooter at full retail price. Unlike most used wheelchairs that are "reconditioned", my scooters and power chairs are in "nearly new" condition (most with less than 5 hours on them)! Instead of getting a used and abused power chair or scooter with a new paint job as most sellers of "reconditioned wheelchairs" offer, choose one of my powered wheelchairs or electric scooters and be sure you are getting the best quality at a great price. In most cases, your total cost, including shipping, will be only 60-70% of full retail!

Info If you would like to return a chair for any reason other than warranty related items, the following terms apply. Returns will only be accepted for items in the exact same condition as they were received and must be shipped back to me within 2 weeks of original receipt. Before returning any chair, you must call me to receive a return authorization number. Any chair returned without a return authorization number will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Customer is responsible for all freight charges for returned merchandise. Once received back you will be credited the full sale price less a 15% restocking fee and actual shipping charges to get the chair to you. Warranty Policies
Info I warranty all of my chairs for 30 days from delivery that does not function according to the manufacturers specifications. If there is a problem with a chair, the purchaser must take the chair to the nearest approved repair facility to have the problem diagnosed and obtain a written estimate of repairs. Purchaser must then contact Marc's Mobility before any repair work is done. At that time I will make the choice of having the chair repaired or shipped back to Marc's Mobility (at my expense) and replaced with another chair. Warranty is void if chair is damaged due to misuse, accident, or if the chair is used in any way that would not be covered under the terms listed in the manufacturers original warranty.
