I did get insured for shipping like others, but I know other companies do that as well. The shipping is also longer than I'd like, but they got both TV's here in one piece. "

"I am here to say that PowersellerNYC delivered with my 70" TV with NO problems at all. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do - deliver the TV I selected at a great price on the day and time they said. They use Tristate Shipping which is a specialized shipping company that uses a padded Uni-Van - the TV was delivered in perfect condition. You take a chance buying anything onliine, you try to save money using a website, reading the reviews, PowersellerNYC was a good experience for me. I highly recommend you save yourself some money and use them for any purchase you might have that they represent."

"I wish my experience was as great as everyone else's on here. I wasn't made aware of the required insurance on shipping till after I made my purchase. for 3-7 day shipping it was only an additional $110 or something so I got that. Apparently, the 3-7 days is business days and it's from the time its shipped, not the time it's ordered (that wasn't explained to me either). Its been two weeks since I made my purchase and I haven't received it yet, with today being the last day within the shipping agreement. I actually just got done trying to track it but they are closed from now till monday and my login on their website doesn't show anything, ugh. If you try calling them about your purchase before it ships they send you to sales who solicits you to purchase other stuff. My price and wait after everything was average... I could of gotten pretty much the same deal at other sellers once you add everything together and I'd already have my TV."
