"This company is a total rip off. They took me for over $800 an now I will have to get a lawyer to try to get back my money since the ladder I purchased is damaged ande useless. Next time I will go with a bigger store and pay the extra $50 so at least they will stand behind the product being sold. Beside the fact that they do not tell the truth even when proof is written in black and white. "
