Response from Psupplements: "Unfortunately this order could not be
processed, but we did not bill the order.
The product was unavailable from the
manfucatuter and we notified the pending
orders.
The pre-authorization is what the customer
sees and we have tried to explain it to him
several times via email. I think the
language barrier might have played a role in
the confusion, but we did not bill the
cerdit card, because the order was not
processed.
We sincerely apologize for the
inconvenience, but the card has not beed
billed and the account was not debited.
