" DO NOT buy from pureglare.com! They claim to have a 150 day warranty, but if you have an issue, they send out defective replacements until warranty expires. No lamp lasted more than 3 months. "

PureGlare does provide a standard 150 day warranty from the original purchase date, as opposed to many competitors that offer a 90 day warranty. Unfortunately we are unable to extend the warranty with each replacement. We do apologize for any problems you have experienced and understand your frustration. However please know that there are numerous factors that can contribute to the longevity of the lamp & it's defect rate, not limited to proper air flow, dust, fingerprints, etc. Oftentimes the TV itself could be experiencing issues as well. We are happy to offer an additional replacement on this purchase, which is well outside the warranty, but we will be unable to extend it any further after this point. " After contacting them 3 times to let them know that UPS did not pick up my order and paying an Extra 30 bucks for 2 day air shipping they would not listen and tried to say it shipped. Now I am with out a product and have to cancel a meeting due to their inability to listen. Do not buy anything from these people, when you call all they do is put you on hold and leave you there. Horrible service would be an upgrade for this place. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back they screwed me out of... "

" I purchased a Sont VPL VW50 lamp (LMP-H200) in April 2012, and it quit working compltely (burnt out) in May. I contacted PureGalre who gave me an RMA and siad to return it. I asked for a replacement, but I should have asked for a refund, although this may not have made any difference. I sent the unit back, but they did not acknwolege reciving it, although I had it tracked and the USPS tracking said they receied it on June 4th. The unit it supposedly warrantied for 150 days, which is apparently complete BS. I emailed then, asking what is going on,, and they claim to have never received the returned unit. In an email, PureGlare then asked for the USPS tracking number, which I sent them and I have not heared ANYTHING from them since then, inspite of my many emails since. The product was bad, and they apparently do not stand behind their poor products as well. NEVER buy anything from them! It looks like I am out the $120 for the lamp and will have to buy another from a reputible place instead. It is now Jun 20 and there is NO word from Pure Glare. I even emailed Mwave, their parent company, and I got no response from them either. So, beware of purchasing anything from mwave as well! "
