"Ignorant of even the most basic electronics experience, I could not determine, from the information provided, which ac unit would meet my needs. An email request elicited a response which was prompt, clear, and informative. Delighted I called the firm to thank the agent. Happily, in further exploration of my needs, she indicated that I probabl a larger unit than I had selected. I promptly bought the unit at a great savings with free shipping thrown. I will return to this firm. I reccommend them without reservation."

"Did some comparison shopping for an outdoor refrigerator. Got a little suspicious of some companies that had lots of good reviews (some maybe a little canned, perhaps fabricated) and some bad. This company (Quality Matters) didn't have any negatives. I called their number and spoke to a very pleasant, knowledgeable person who gave me good advice on my purchase. I decided to go with them. Checkout process very straightforward - price was very competitive with free ground shipping. Hope I will be satisfied!"

"Only thing missing is you did not give me the option of buying a window extender for the Sharp airconditioner, and I will probably need one....we'll see when it gets here. All the other air conditioners I looked at had that as an extra purchase option. Also, unless something shows up after this review, I have NO printout of what I just purchased nor the fact it has been charged to my credit card....scary!!!"

"The only thing that I would improve is that the link to make the shipping address the same as billing is not very noticeable. I would make it more prominent."

"I'm always wary of buying an expensive item online from a company I don't know. My criteria is the best price from the companies that actually answer the phone as opposed to web stores that have email contact only. I bought an expensive portable air conditioner from them last year and everything went flawlessly (including the air conditioner). I'm buying a 2nd unit from them this year for another room since I know they (and the unit) are reliable. They also give great customer service if you have any questions about their products."
