Response from QUALITY BATH: "We do understand your frustration. In this scenario we go to the shipping company to make a claim for the damaged item. Unfortunately in this case you signed for the package free of defect when you say it arrived damaged. We also write specifically in our policies to contact us within 24 hours after receiving the item so we can try to get the claim started even if you signed clear in error. We decided that although you failed to take those 2 steps and there would be no possible damage claim with the shipping company to compensate 50% the cost of a replacement.
