"Great prices and even better customer service. Sales team is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to research a product. I have ordered 4 items in the past three weeks, and I just placed another order. You need to call to get the best prices for their most premium products. A real find!"

"This was my second order from Quality Bath and everything went just as smoothly as the first time. I needed to customize my order and the customer service rep was very helpful in helping me combine the products I needed. The selection is great, the prices are fantastic, and because I live in Canada, they gave me the option of charging the shipping costs directly to my own FedEx account so I would pay only the exact shipping charges. The products arrived promptly. I would certainly shop from them again and recommend them to others."

"I just wanted to take the time to say that my experience with Qualitybath.com and the personnel that work there has been a very positive one. I recently made a sizable order to redo two bathrooms in my home. Their expert sales associates, over the phone helped me maneuver through the website and we were able to put together some out of this world bathrooms. First of all the products are outstanding in quality. I couldn't be happier with them. Well maybe if someone else paid for them but aside from that, it¿s all good. Again, I need to address Adina`s help in this. She was really knowledgeable and positive and noncondescending with my obvious lack of knowledge in the area of bathroom design. There were tons of doodads and gizmos needed to finish the project and everything was ordered perfectly. I have to say that I know what makes makes a company successful. Employees who care and are dedicated. Qualitybath.com got them and I really appreciate it. Thanks again. John K. "

"They cancelled my order after three weeks in which I knew all along that they were not going to honor the price of the bathroom collection I ordered. I believe this is false advertising since they knew they couldn't or wouldn't have the product as specified. We spend on average a year about $10K on internet purchases but I will not be doing business with this company in the near future no matter what price they quote on their merchandise."

Response from QUALITY BATH: "Just to clarify. When this order was placed we did stand to lose money because our pricing was set to low. We did go ahead and had these items ordered from Fairmont (the manufacturer) because we honored our advertised price. After doing so we were informed by fairmont that the vanity had been discontinued. We were and are still willing to sell the remaining items in the set if the customer would like to, at the original price."   Date: Nov 1, 2007

"I have no problem with the quality of the merchandise, my complaint is with the communication between the subcontracted shipper and Quality bath. The shipper was not prepared to deliver the bathtub I ordered twice. The first time a 45 foot trailer sat two blocks away, unable to negotiate a residential street. The second attempt was made without the proper equipment to even get it off the truck. Finally, after several discussions and vehemetly informing me that the latest delivery was 2:30 pm, they decided (on their own!) to deliver after 5:00 pm. Had I not called at 1:00 to confirm, that would have been the 3rd failed attempt. There seemed to be no understanding that I was missing several hours at work for several days. No concern or thought that it was at first incompetent, then unprofessional, and finally, inconvenient and disrespectful of a working person's time.""

The people at Quality Bath actually are concerned about providing excellent customer service and their goal really is customer satisfaction! I was very hesitant to order this type of merchandise through the internet. However the people at Quality Bath described the products clearly and correctly, I was kept well informed as to shipping , and when one of the items I received was the wrong thing (kitchen sink large bowl on right instead of left) they immediately took action to pick-up the wrong sink and deliver the correct one. All of this took only two weeks from order to correct merchandise in my hands. I will certainly be using and recommending you in the future. Thank you... Jerry"

"I want to thank the people at Quality Bath for their easy access to a great selection of products and their professional handling of my account. Email questions were answered quickly and the tracking of my order percise. Their website is excellent and pricing very competitive. I ordered a jacuzzi whirlpool and the price paid is less than any retail or online store I have found. I was amazed that the shipping charge was free. I can't say enough about my first buying experience with Quality Bath. I can say this for sure, I'll be back. Thanks, Jessica."

"We ordered a bathroom vanity in a color shown on the website, and was shipped a different color with the same name. They did apologize for their mistake. After two weeks of asking how to ship it back to them at no cost to us, they would only offer a small discount. We took it only because we needed to use our bathroom again."

Response from QUALITY BATH: "We appreciate your order and regret your dissatisfaction. We understand that you ordered a vanity hoping it will arrive in the color shown in the online photo when in fact it arrived darker. Due to various monitor displays, some photos may appear different then the actual product. We regret that this issue has vexed you and have applied credit to your credit card for the amount of $250.00 which is over 30% of the product total plus you may keep the vanity.
