The customer has 90 days to return any merchandise (30 days for software & computer peripherals) to get full credit, refund or replacement. Call (800) 789-1331 for details. For items shipped by small package carriers from one of Quill's warehouses, complete the No-Call Pre-authorized Return Form and ship it back to Quill. For items shipped directly from the factory, imprinted items or those shipped via truck, please call (800)789-1331 for instructions. Defective software may be exchanged for an identical package only.
