" Avoid this company for whatever needs you may have. They pop up high on a Google search for racks which made me think they were a reputable company. They are not. They advertise the fastest shipping??? Ordered my items on 4/29 and they did not ship until 5/4 or 5/5, they were not sure. Huge disappointment!!!! "

" Awsome!!! Rack Attack is the best! I originally purchased Yakima Bed Head racks from Pro Line racks. They were brutal. No communication, racks on back order. Rude on the phone, not willing to make things right with the customer. Rack Attack; easy to communicate with, great deals, delivered when promised! Rack Attack #1. I will do all of my rack shopping with them. "

" Placed order on 7/10. Rack Attack didn¿t bother to process order until 7/12. It was too much trouble for Rack Attack to ship the order until 7/14. Customer service was unhelpful. If you want to find a company that cares to get your order to you quickly, you should look elsewhere. "
