"Called to confirm availability of rack then transfered funds and called back to order it. Was told Rack would be shipped same day and expect delivery in 3-6 days. After 4 days I called for an update. Spoke to CSR and she couldn't tell me anything. Later in the day I get an email saying the rack was shipped. It will arrive in another 5-10 days. Overall very disapointed. "

Customer neglected to mention that his order was handled flawlessly, shipped on third business day following order placement and arrived exactly on time and as promised (not 5-10 days later). Customer did not want to wait for emailed tracking advice following interaction with our customer service agent on the date of shipment, but received it in a timely manner along with a personal email explaining order and shipment process further. "Customer service is superior to any other online retailer I have dealt with. UPS lost package and they sent out new one before UPS investigation was complete so I would have it in time for Christmas present. Answered all emails promptly, even on Weekends. New customer for life."

"Purchased a bike rack for my wife for Christmas. Found best price by far here. Great communication from start about shipping info. Have had many problems since, but all are due to UPS, not Racks for All. Package was delayed once by UPS, then lost a few days later. After noticing package had not moved for 3 days being only 60 miles from me, I contacted them. They had me contact Racks for All to start trace and said this could take up to 8 days. Contacted R4A on weekend and received reply and trace was started. 7 days later UPS contacts me to confirm package was lost and made it sound like could be up to 8 more days. Sent R4A email over weekend again and received a reply from Lex Crosett offering to send out replacement and deal with lost UPS package separate so I could receive this by Christmas. Very impressed by this service and would look to R4A first for any future purchase, even if price was not the lowest. Had no immediate plans to purchase any more racks, but will be searching website soon to see what else they offer. Thanks to all at R4A for doing all they could to get me product on time, even though none of the problems were their fault. Much appreciated. Happy Holidays to all."

"I was helped by a sales person who informed me of what rack to buy.I spent over $400 and it was ALL incorrect for my vehicle. There return policy is ridiculous so it made me to sell the products to cut my losses. "

"The rack I ordered was not in stock, not a big deal and it was made obvious on the website. However, I have heard nothing since then and when I did contact via email I was given a vague response, "some time next week" as to when the rack would be restocked. They are not good at keeping me informed as to what is going on and thus I am getting the impression they are either incompetent or its a scam to take my money as I have no product nor any scheduled delivery date."

Response from Racks for All: "We appreciate this feedback. Customer intentionally ordered a product when out of stock and was also on indefinite backorder at the manufacturer. We communicated this fact and it was clear in the order process. Customer received the rack within two weeks of the backorder placement with clear communication along the way.
