"This is my first time buying a computer from Redbarn, As an overseas buyer (from Australia) I was impressed with the level of service I was provided. Every question was answered, every issue resolved without a hitch. I can, with my hand on my heart, say that not only will I buy from Redbarn again, I will recommend them to all my friends in Australia. Great service, Great people, Cheers Guys. "

"Red Barn Computers is well known for its quality sell items. But it has also an excellent client service. I have had a lot of trouble to make my payment from France because of PayPal issues, and they where very patients in advising me and holding my order. Knowing you count with a serious, reliable and client focus company is a plus for any buy. I highly recommend you to buy from them. You wont be disappointed."

"I have purchased two computers from Red Barn and am in the process of buying my third. I have been satisfied with the products and extremely satisfied with the customer service. I like having a local vendor where I can actually go and talk to a live person when I need to. "

"24 HOUR ONLINE SERVICE AND ASSISTANCE IS A HUGE PLUS FOR ME SINCE I AM DISABLED AND WHEN I NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING I KNOW I CAN GET IT WITH JUST A CLICK OF THE MOUSE SO THIS IS GOING TO BE SO MUCH BETTER THAN WITH MY LAST COMPUTER. ALREADY, MY HUBBY HOOKED IT UP WRONG THE VERY FIRST TIME OUT OF THE BOX AND WITH ONE SIMPLE CALL, THE TECH AT THE STORE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM IN UNDER A MINUTE. IT MADE MY HUBBY FEEL LIKE IT WAS A SIMPLE MISTAKE THAT ANYONE COULD/WOULD MAKE AND GOT ME UP AND RUNNING IN NO TIME. THANKS, RED BARN, I LOVE MY NEW COMPUTER."

"Recently I was in need of an upgraded computer system and researched extensively systems that would fit my needs. I ended up purchasing a RED Barn extreme Serrano and I am more than happy with it - this was custom built to my specifications and it totally rocks! The customer service and sales where excellent! Very friendly and enjoyable to do business with a local business. Thanks for an awsome system."

"I heard about your store from my son-in-law he speaks very Highly of your computer store, as we have had not very good experiences before) so we decided to check it out and see what you had to offer. I was very pleased with the person who helped us and had explained some of the questions I had asked about. However-when we got the computer home, and we didn't have time to setup until Sunday, we could not figure why the mouse would not work, I am not computer literit and we were stumped, come to find out there was an adapter that was attached to the mouse that did not work, I don't recall explaining, or if so I didn't realize that is what the person was telling me, and I just took for granted color coded to match to the back of modem, finally my daughter came over and found what was wrong-and of course it was a Sunday when the store was closed. The only thing there was was a booklet for Getting Started it shows the USB port connection showing it both ways, but we had no idea that the adapter should not have been attached, she took it off and needless to say it worked, anyway it took some figuring. This was the only issue. So far it WONDERFUL!"
