Regular delivery for in-stock merchandise is 7-10 business days. For 2 business-day Expedited Delivery* add an additional $10.00. For Overnight Service* add $20.00 (must be placed before noon EST). If we're temporarily out of stock, you will be notified accordingly. Overnight Service is available for delivery on the next regular business day. If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us at 1-800-835-0919 for delivery options based upon your specific location. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days. If the item(s) you purchased are drop shipped, you will receive the merchandise directly from the manufacturer in approximately 2 weeks from the date your order was placed. *We regret that Expedited or Overnight Service cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Any unused item (except personalized items) may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Please insure your return package against loss in transit. If merchandise is defective, please call customer service at 800-835-0919. Please contact Customer Service for further return instructions. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you may return any unused merchandise that has not been engraved or customized for a refund, credit or exchange (minus shipping & handling). Merchandise returned must be in its original condition and credit is subject to merchandise being reviewed by our Quality Assurance Specialists. Merchandise that is damaged or altered in any way by a Jeweler other than Ross-Simons cannot be returned. A merchandise credit will be issued if merchandise received as a gift is returned by the recipient. Items that have been personalized cannot be returned. Please note: Merchandise returned is the responsibility of the sender until it is signed for by Ross-Simons. All jewelry and diamonds will be inspected by our gemologist prior to the refund being processed.
