"I had a question about a month before I made my purchase, it was answered accurately and promptly. I made my purchase a month later, received my item promptly, had no problems with pricing or service before and during the sale, including shiping. I would highly recommend, it's not always that you get fast accurate responses from a technical perspective with computer-related purchases."
