Ruby Bag Returns, RAC # (to be provided by customer service) Street City, State, Zip Step 2. Package Your Return Remember to include all original packaging and collateral material. Step 3. Insure Your Return If the product you are returning is priced at over $500 on your invoice, we suggest insuring the item to ensure proper delivery. Please remember to follow these directions exactly as stated. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing your return and your return will be mailed back to you. Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by an outside jeweler), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
