"...I purchased this as a gift for my 16 year old daugher and 20 year old son, they ride BMX and do tricks at the skate park.
They wanted to capture them on video, on the small screen it looked ok,But when I surprised her and she went to the park to record, then got home with it and we put it on the TV the video was so shaky it is hard to watch, and when she went to a friends to ride horses, the friend tried to zoom and the zoom is so blurry even on the small screen it looks horrible.
The FLip Camera our son got 3 years ago for $40 is much better quailty.... See more

"...In the world of HD, I found this camera to fall a bit short in picture quality. On the large 3inch touch screen the image appeared clear and sharp however in playback on my laptop and on my LCD tv, the picture quality was lacking.
Faces were slightly blurred on the edges and in zoom, the camera would stuggle to focus correctly.
The touch screen gets dirty pretty quick and the battery life is a little short.... See more
