I got the tv for Christmas and set it up. I had to down load the user manual from web site even with dsl it took almost 2 hours to down load. After reading the manual and trying to hook up my HMDI cable nothing happened. I thought it might be the cable. Bought new cable still nothing. Was on hold with Tech Support for 46 min before someone helped me. After asking me to do every again they decide it's the mother board. This was Dec. 27th. I called today Jan 5th and they still haven't proceed my info yet told me it might be another week or so (poor business pratices). Don't waste your time or energy.
