" Sales Innovations Inc. is an excellent company to buy from. Every thing was as described and the information pages helped me to buy a product that I could be confident in and was shipped with in the time that was given. I was also very happy with all the communications. I was notified by email every step of the transaction so there was no question when,how,and why. I highly recommend then to anyone and give them an A+ for service. "

"I ordered a product on Monday for 2 day delivery and they didn't send it out until THURSDAY. Clearly not going to get it in time, am I? Won't use them again."

Response from Sales Innovations: "There was an error in our warehouse with this customer and here order accidentally got shipped twice once ground and once with 2-Day Service. We remedied the error and refunded the full cost of shipping plus an extra 10% off this customers order. "I have ordered from your company before. The customer service was excellent. I had a question before I placed my order and they were so helpful and friendly. When I placed my order on-line, I charged myself more shipping then necessary (I am in the same County) and your company had called me immedately to let me know they were taking that off the billing. The products are excellent. Very high quality. Thank you very much."

"I've only just ordered, but the web site was easy to navigate, the price was the best I found, including a reasonable shipping charge, and the checkout was fast. I can't comment on customer service or speed of shipping or condition or satisfaction of item being described accurately yet."

"I ordered a bissell clean shot 9500 deep carpet cleaner. Sales Innovations not only did they have the lowest price on the net they had free shipping and no tax. My cleaner was at my door in 5 days. Thanks Sales Innovations for my great shopping experience. "

"I was surfing for vacuum cleaners and called this site to inquire about a vacuum. The sales representative was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, steering me to a machine that would take of my needs (lots of pet hair). And I bought it on his recommendation."

"It was not the product we ordered. Not happy with Shane the supervisor or the assistance I received in attempting to return the item. Would never order from Sales Innnovations again and would not recommend them to anyone. "

They were upset that the shade of the white was not exactly what they thought it was going to be. They were unhappy with our return policy, and because of this we had the item shipped back to us so they would only pay for shipping one way.
