SAMSUNG CUSTOMER SERVICE-BAD
About 2 months since we bought it, we were having problems with the screen where images would overlap each other not to be confused with Screen Burns. A technician not from SAMSUNG by the way because they told us that we'd have to pay $$$ if issue was not covered by warranty. No big deal! It's just that we paid more than 4K for this product only for it to break in less than 2 months. The point is, why charge us that much when it breaks in less than 2 months and for the CS to tell us that there's nothing they can do but wait at least another 30days for the part to come in. Before you buy this read the warranty so you'll be prepared when this product breaks on you in less than a year.
