"The Barcelona Reproduction Chair is the chair of my dreams but I was daunted by the cost. I had seen cheaper reproductions but I didn't know the different until I watched your excellent video. That really sold me. It was very thorough and I loved that it comes in different types of leathers and colors. The site seems very trustworthy and secure. I can't wait to get my chair and be very happy with it."

"I had never used this company before and was nervous about ordering 4 chairs online through them. Well!! The custmer service people were very nice and held my hand through the ordering process. They also promised to try and expidite the process since i needed the chairs ASAP for my house warming party a week later. i ordered my chairs on a Thursday and two days later on a Saturday sat down at my computer to start tracking my package. I was shocked-the FedEx tracker went from SHIPPED to DELIVERED. What?? I didn't have the chairs??!?!?!?! How could it list the package as delivered?!?!?! Bewildered and skeptical I went to my front door and looked out the peephole. Couldnt believe it! There was the box of chairs. Delivered that morning! A two day delivery with a free shipping order?! Unheard of! I was very please with my experience!!"

"The website was very easy to use, and I was able to quickly find the itme I wanted. The price match option is incredible! I had seen the same product offered on another website, but they had a no-return policy, which is impractical when ordering online if items are damaged in shipping, or the final product may not be exactly what is desired. At any rate, I provided the requested information regarding the cheaper price offered by another website, and I was given the cheaper price with an additional 10% savings. So, I am now a huge fan of Serenity Living and will definitely shop here again."
