Pros --Works as advertised (maybe not as awesometastic as the infomercial, but what is)-Fast operation - heats up and work quick.-Worked for me on ceramic tile and laminate. First thing I have tried on laminate that did not streak it.-no chemicals!! -cleans very well - pads show it!-I used on pee stain on my carpet (without the carpet glider) and it worked really well!-relatively cheap (I have probably spent 80 bucks on trying to clean my floors with other things that havent worked well - swiffer, laminate cleaner, etc...) The price should be more for the quality of the item.Cons --Cheap look and feel to the mop-Should have like 5 pads included-Should include the carpet attachement-cleaning pad surface should swivel-cord is put in a dumb spot (I zip tied mine to handle)Shark should hire me to redesign this product :) it could be really good with a bit more thought put into the design, but ultimately works as described - throw out your swiffer and buy this.(you may have to use it a few times to get rid of the old chemical build up on your floor!!!!)Hope this helps...
