first radio did not work, Sirius customer service was useless, an hour on the phone, several broken connections!
thankfully I had purchased the extra warranty at Best Buy and all l had to do was tell Best Buy customer service that I needed a new radio and they gave me one right away, otherwise I would still be on the phone with Sirius not very good reception when walking around with it, I don't know if I would spend the money for the earpiece with the better antenna!... Worst audio product i ever purchased
"...This is a great idea that just doesn't work. I live in Danville Ca and we have trees, hills, etc and anything and everything blocks the signal.
This is clearly designed to be portable but the signal cuts out every 2 seconds while you're walking.
After you open the package the instructions tell you that even your own body blocks the signal.... See more

Don't buy XMP3
"...I the car gets over 95 then it won't come on until it cools off for at least 30 minutes. Now on the latest one I have, it was a bit cool (52) when I was visiting relatives i Tyler and it wouldn't come on like it does when the car is hot.
I've owned several XM radios and like the service, except for the relative new tax for roalties.
