"i was fairly satisfied with the overall experience with softwaremedia. i found them through a search engine, and chose them because i simply could not beat their prices. the site was also simple and easy to use. the shipping could have been a little faster. i used staples.com to order hardware on the same day, and received my product the very next day, and both sites offered free shipping. i was unable to use this hardware,however, because the software from softwaremedia came an entire week later. Unfortunately, they shipped the UPGRADE which does me no good. It was also a "promo" with MS Money and something else for $165. That price is no longer on their site. Same promo pack is now $219. It's New Year's holiday, and they are unavailable (unlike Dell). We'll see what they say tomorrow. I'm concerned from the other negative ratings regarding similar bait & switch... I'll update my rating based on outcome.."
