User Review: I always buy Solaray Calcium, although I have experimented with different formulas. I prefer to separate my (Solaray) Calcium & Magnesium supplements, and not take a Cal/Mag combination.

After doing extensive research on the topic, I found that the 2 best absorbed forms of calcium are CCM and Calcium Hydroxyapatite Microcrystalline.
I take this CHM at midday with a meal and make sure to get enough magnesium with Peter Gillham's Natural Calm at night, vitamin D3 with NSI's supplement and Zinc in my multi-vitamin and foods like toasted wheat germ, roast beef, peanuts, and dark chocolate.... See more
