"Great company to deal with. They had the trim tile I needed at a good price, advised me of 1 week lead time and product shipped when they said it would. A bit pricy on the shipping cost but Excellent customer service. Would buy from again."

""Searched for a specific type of Mullican Engineered Wood Flooring. Researched various internet vendors after seeing product in local store. Selected Southcypress.com after researching via manufacturer, and other competitors. They were extremely helpful. I did make phone calls to complete this order, but they were not necessary to complete the order. My order was delivered within the original estimated delivery time and unloaded by a very professional delivery agent for R&L Carriers. Should we need to purchase any other item that South Cypress carries I will not hesitate to utilize their services, they saved me about 50% - 60% over what I would have paid locally.""

"We are extremely pleased with the selection, ordering process, communications and delivery on the flooring we ordered. The Mullican hardwood flooring looks beautiful! We would definitely recommend both South Cypress Floors and this particular product. PS - we did the installation ourselves - a 64 yr old and a 59 yr old - and it was worth the work involved."

"I'm very satisfy with the customer support and the product I bought from South Cypress Floors. Initially, I was a bit concern due to the huge price different between my local store vs buying on-line. I was able to save over 30% by shopping on-line. The flooring was delivered on time and without any damages. Although the underlayment shipment was incorrect. The problem was fixed by customer service within a day after I have notified them. I will definitely buy from them again! "

"Rapid and excellent service. I had an issue with the original order which was addressed promptly and resolved courteously and I was fully satisfied with the completion of my order. On receipt of the granite tiles, everything was intact, many thanks."
