"Have not yet received my sample which was a chore since I had to buy; not an option available with tile mfg. S Cypress message board is good however, the interaction and sale could be significantly better if the we could buy online vs having to call. "

"Only signed up for this site as this company had phenomenal customer service. I was skeptical about purchasing tiles on line and my order was big 2100lbs. My samples arrived faster than the sample from my local tile store and I paid $25 to expedite the processing of my order. No other seller online or in person could beat there prices.CSR was available on the phone every time I called and answered all of my questions clearly and provided me with additional insights. When a problem occurred it was handled efficiently and with courtesy.The tile arrived on time and in great condition. I wish all companies were operated like South Cypress."

"This has been a very easy purchase from the onset. Tile was a good price, communication after the actual online purchase was next day, pending shipping date was established a couple of days later, shipping and receiving/ inspecting product was clearly communicated, and delivery was quick and as promised. "I really like that South Cypress Floors shows photos of how the tile will actually look in a bathroom floor and shower. It helps to "visualize" how it will look when all put together. I would not necessarily have purchased a tile had I not seen the photo of a room. Also- I like the option to order samples, of course."

"I just ordered some samples which I unfortunately couldn't use because of the nature of the project. The samples were astonishingly beautiful, however. The transaction is simple and shipping prompt."

"We ordered 3 different types of tiles from them - one of them (the largest %) was delivered to us in the wrong color. We asked for a refund, never got it from South Cypress and had to go to our bank to get it. We also never received a refund for the % of shipping charges which were over $250. We paid extra money for expediting the order and then they said they knew nothing of our timeframes - not true."

Response from South Cypress Floors: "Dear Customer, We openly admit this is a customer of ours but we feel there may be some miscommunication between a husband and a wife on what exactly transpired. Since we feel we provided good customer service in this scenario we do not feel the need to be made the scapegoat. Same day processing fees were paid ($25), not expediting fees ($125), however, we did rush this order for the customer and their order was shipped within 48 hours. In the rush of the order our vendor did send the wrong color for the one of the items. For that we do apologize but we always quickly remedy any problems for customers as post-order customer service is a priority of ours. It took less than a week from time of purchase to time of delivery and upon realizing the error at the time of delivery we offered to have incorrect material replaced within 2-3 business days, at no charge to our customer. Our normal delivery time frame is 1-4 weeks but the additional 2-3 day delay was too long for our customer to wait since they had tight installation time frames that we were truly never made aware of. Instead of letting us replace the wrongly shipped color tile the customer decided to return the incorrect material for a refund. While our customer's refund was pending we were issued a bank chargeback for this order without any inquiries or communication from the customer. Once a chargeback is issued we are not legally allowed to process any refund on our own accord. Once facts about this order were reviewed by our customer's bank and credit card company they did rule in our favor which shows that we acted in accordance with all of our policies. Even though our customer's bank and credit card company ruled in our favor we are still moving forward with the proper refund amount." Date Jan 3, 2011

"I cannot tell you how fantastic South Cypress Floors have been. They have saved me tons of money compared to merchants here and they were amazing to deal with. Our tile came in 1 week and was in perfect condition. The shipping company they chose was also perfect. I was nervous to use an internet company but I will use them again and again. CCE was great to work with and very professional."

"South Cypress Floors could not have done a better job. Information about the order and shipment dates came immediately after the order. The first part of the order arrived in less than a week and the second part is shipped and due soon. I couldn't get that kind of service in my home town. The first shipment was well packed with no damage. But I think these shipments are coming from the manufacturer. So, packaging would not be South Cypress's fault. Thanks, South Cypress! "
