"South Cypress Floors is a great website and the staff is super helpful. I encountered a little bump in the road, but South Cypress Floors came thru for me and made right on the order. I really appreciate the time and effort they took to make sure my order was fulfilled. All internet websites should be this great! "They did not ship me what I ordered and paid for. I ordered 200 tiles, and received only 157. I took me about 4 weeks to receive an incorrect order. Very unsatisfied customer...would not recommmend to others."
Response from South Cypress Floors: "Dear Customer, Thank you for the feedback. In the event your order experiences problems, we highly encourage you to contact us immediately. Although the time frames were well within our policy of 1-4 weeks, unfortunately one box of the special order material was left off our customer's shipment and for that we do apologize. The missing box was shipped within 5 hours of the error being reported to us on May 14th. Customer satisfaction is a priority of ours and we work hard to be a company our customer's can refer to friends and family." Date: May 14, 2009

"Placed an order for tile after having questions answered promptly from saleman online. Order was processed, shipped and received within 1 week!! Was hesitant to order online but read good reviews which helped me risk it. Product is perfect, great service, would buy from them again anytime. "

"South Cypress had excellent service. They were very attentive and accommodating, even writing me up 3 different estimates for different tile companies- anticipating my needs. They were super cost effective, and got me my tile within the week I ordered it. Great experience!"

"South Cypress was excellent in all aspects. However, R & L Carriers contracted out by South Cypress made us save a 3 hour window to accept delivery and was unable to make it. We called the delivery service when they still had 1 hour left to deliver to get a status. They apologized and said it would be several hours late. Poor communication on their part."
