"They did not ship me what I ordered and paid for. I ordered 200 tiles, and received only 157. I took me about 4 weeks to receive an incorrect order. Very unsatisfied customer...would not recommmend to others."

encourage you to contact us immediately.
Although the time frames were well within our
policy of 1-4 weeks, unfortunately one box of
the special order material was left off our
customer's shipment and for that we do
apologize. The missing box was shipped
within 5 hours of the error being reported to
us on May 14th. Customer satisfaction is a
priority of ours and we work hard to be a
company our customer's can refer to friends
