"All I can say is WOW, I wish all companies were this easy to work with. I bought a warrenty for a portable DVD player. After one year it stopped working and Square trade took it back and gave us a refund of the purchase price. It was so easy. I bought a replacement DVD player on line and you can be sure I also bought a Square Trade warranty for that as well. I can't say enough on how great this experience was."

"Two years after purchasing a product, it failed to function. SquareTrade very rapidly evaluated the situation and refunded the entire purchase price within 2 days. They are fair and honest. I have never had such a positive experience with an extended warranty company. Majors Kudos to SquareTrade."

"Yes indeed the warranty claim was indeed hassle free. I just had to verify my purchase date so that it was true that I still had the warranty. Besides, they send me the prepaid label to mail in the damaged item as proof. I never expected it to be so easy. Hence, when I bought a new headphone since my old was damaged, once again I bought the Square Trade warranty to cover my item."

"I had an 8" tablet that I purchased the accidental damage coverage on. I tripped on my stairs and dropped the tablet, obviously breaking it. Squaretrade sent me a shipping label, I shipped the tablet to them, and five days later I had a full refund of my purchase price back in my paypal account. It was a great experience, and I will continue to buy a squaretrade warranty on all my electronic purchases. "

"We have SquareTrade warranties on 2 iPhones and an iPad. Unfortunately, we have had to make claims on an iPhone and the iPad. Fortunately, SquareTrade has come through and taken care of business. If you need a reliable, quick and affordable warranty seller, you can't go wrong with SquareTrade."

"Fast and courteous. I broke the glass front and dented the back on my ipad 2. The main thing is they could have replaced the back instead of fixing. Still can see where the work/damage was done. A few more $ and it would have been a WOW experience instead of a good experience. Last glitch. It was returned UPS with a signature required. I was not around when it was initially delivered on a Friday so I didn't get it from the distribution center until Tuesday. A waiver of signature would have made this easier."

"I am one of those people who has terrible luck when it comes to products failing. I've always bought warranties from retail stores because I KNOW my devices are going to break. Discovering SquareTrade has been a life saver, not to mention an enormous money saver. Their prices on warranties cannot be beat, and the service is beyond what you expect. Every claim I've ever filed has been handled quickly without any problems, delays, or issues. If you're paying a few hundred dollars on a fragile device, spending an extra 20 or 30 bucks on a SquareTrade warranty is a no-brainer!"

"I bought a warranty from SquareTrade 2 years ago for a portable dvd player. The player started acting up toward the end of the warranty, so I submitted a claim and they sent a paid postage return label. I received the refund of my total purchase the day after I sent the player back. I was amazed at the speed and ease of the process!"
