"The process was quick. We received a resonse within a day about our warranty claim. We had a blackberry and the only setback is they require you to send it in, and if you don't have a backup phone, your just out of luck. However they provide the shipping free of cost to you,so in the end we still lucked out and received a full refund for the phone!"

"Thanks Square Trade for an excellent transaction, complete with prompt service, attention to detail, and a generous resolution. This excellent service has allowed me to maintain the correspondence necessary to complete this transaction without taking unnessessary time to do so.
