"The process was quick. We received a resonse within a day about our warranty claim. We had a blackberry and the only setback is they require you to send it in, and if you don't have a backup phone, your just out of luck. However they provide the shipping free of cost to you,so in the end we still lucked out and received a full refund for the phone!"

This excellent service has allowed me to maintain the correspondence necessary to complete this transaction without taking unnessessary time to do so. "I purchased a bluetooth for my phone in June of 2008 and added on a SquareTrade warranty with it. I'm glad that I did! Last week I had a problem with the mic in the bluetooth, so I started a claim. It was easy to do, and they were very fast at processing my claim. I'm going to use SquareTrade for all of my warranties now:-)"

"I have used SquareTrade services for several years.
THEY ARE THE BEST!!!
They make the claim process as painless as possible.
Even if they initially deny a claim, they allow the customer an opportunity to explain why the claim should be approved. If the customer's explanation has merit, they will reverse their decision in favor of the customer.
SquareTrade representatives are professional and caring.
SquareTrade is trustworthy."

"Only issue I have had with SquareTrade (and I have several warranties with this good company) is getting one of my receipts on file with them. I don't have a landline, hence, no fax. I've emailed PDF file of receipt twice and it's still not there.
I have filed two claims with them on other items and they've been wonderful. Everything handled very professionally and quickly. I will continue to purchase warranties through them."

"I had an old inkjet printer on a SquareTrade warranty. When the printhead kept jamming, I was afraid they were going to have me send it somewhere at my expense for a dubious repair. Instead, with no hassle, they refunded the entire original amount I paid for the inkjet printer. Great service, would definitely recommend!"

"My warranty claim was handled very professionally and expeditiously with my receiving reimbursement within 24 hours of providing the necessary information via email. Ever since I became aware of SquareTrade Warranties, I have never purchased a warranty from any company other than SquareTrade. I currently have approximately 10 warranties with SquareTrade because I am confident that any warranties I purchase from them will be hassle free and cost much less than any other company. "

"Square Trade is a no-brainer. I buy a warranty for all my phones, computers, etc. It is a low flat fee and then when if you need to make a claim there are no hassles and they don't charge a deductible. Don't be fooled by the warrenties you get from your phone company... they will always charge you a deductible to get a new phone. Not Square Trade. Everything is soooo easy. People are nice too. Never had a problem and I have lots of warranties with them and have had to put in a few claims and always get top notch service. Really, do this. "

"I had never before used Square Trade and was very reluctant, but decided to go ahead. Glad I did. My phone after about 16 months had computer problems and went out. The communication with Square Trade was second to none. Super polite, blazing fast response times and did EVERYTHIHG they advertise. Communications were fabulous beyond words. I was shocked to have such great and timely service from a company via the interent. I will be and my family will be customers for life. Thank you for helping with my situation on my cell phone. Glad you were there for me. All the Best. "

"So I filed a claim for water damage, the phone and I slipped and fell into a river while fishing. I purchased the ADH coverage but the claim was denied. Word to the wise avoid them."
