"I have several items with SquareTrade. Unfortunately I had a claim but SquareTrade acted promptly on it. My purchase price of the item was quickly refunded plus a prepaid return shipping label. An excellent, responsive company. I have no qualms about insuring other items I purchase with them."

"Square Trade is a one of kind company that goes above and beyond to provide Excellent service to its customers. Communication in the customer service field is key and they are the key holders. The only issue I would say I really had was reaching a live person, but then again it wasn't really an issue because the correspondence about my claim was always daily and always clear. Two thumbs for Square Trade."

"I GOT MY PHONE BACK AND THE EAR PHONE PLUG STOPPED WORKING BUT THEY DID FIX THE OTHER PROBLEMS. BUT I HAD TO SEND THE PHONE BACK OUT AGAIN."

"The end of the experience was definitely better than the middle. It was easy to file a claim, but the customer rep did not contact me very quickly, and it took a while for the defective product to be reviewed by technicians."

"The item was as discribed and worked great for a time. However with all electronics you never know and it developed a problem that wasn't worth fixing. Square trade associates were absolutely great, they handled my claim very quickly and effeciently. I had a complete refund in a total of about 10 days from my first call; couldn't have asked for better service. I'll not buy another piece of electronics without a Square Trade Warranty!!!"

"I almost forget i had the warranty. But when I remembered and contacted them, I got excellent service and was returned all the original money paid for the item. it was great to work with them. i would recommmend using them all the time!"

"I was not hopeful when I sent in the claim for our computer that died! I just thought it was "worth a shot". To my surprise Square Trade did exactly what they advertised! No hassle, excellent service and full refund. I cannot praise them enough. It is business as it should be, fair and honest."

"They would not replace my MP3 player because they said there was a crack in the screen. They must have been using an electron microsocope to see it because no one I knew could see where the crack was, nor could I. The last warranty company I used with an MP3 player was N.E.W and they replaced my sons MP3 player even when I could see a crack in the screen. It took weeks to get an answer and then then closed the claim without getting in touch with me. NEVER again with Square Trade."

"I never heard of this cell phone before so I was a little nervous. We are so happy with this cell phone. We received it in about 6 days. The phone was in perfect condition. I am recommending the seller to everyone!"

"To start on a good note, I did get my claim finally paid out on my cell phone in the end. What rates SquareTrade below average was the immense effort I had to go through in order to get my claim. In fact I had to use my lawyer to go through the warranty contract and prove that my phone was covered. Buyers beware! Claim representatives are trained to deny claims and attempt to misrepresent the contract to deny you. That is the only way I can see them make money."
