"althought its the most lowest out of all company, i order from sunny sport before, but missed my package when the mail man came to my house. so my package got sent back to the company. i called them and asked them to resent it back to me. they told me it will be sent to me in 10 days becasue my item was on backorder. 10 days pass...nothing. i called back, telling them i started school next week, so when will my iten be ready? they said by the end of the week. by the end of the week, still nothing. so i called and they told me my item will be shipped in 2 weeks..i cancelled my order. because i started school in 5 days...nd cant wait for 2 weeks! the main point of my story was this company lied alot, i have read a review from this other site, the workers there just lie and lie, so if something happen u just have to call and call everyday until they take some actions about it. but i will only go on this site for backpacks. and get my item on the 1st time delivery, or else u have to wait for like 1 month for them to RE-DELIVER!"
